Postpartum Mood Screening

The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) is a widely used screening tool to help new and expecting mothers identify symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety. It takes about 3 minutes.

A note before you begin: This screening is for mothers during pregnancy or within the past year after giving birth. Your honesty helps you get the most accurate results. This is not a diagnostic tool — it is a starting point for understanding how you are feeling.
